Delivery Timeslots

Our home deliveries will be scheduled into different timeslots (e.g. 9am to 12pm, 12pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm). We do our best to provide exact estimated delivery dates so that you are able to receive your items on time.

Delivery Charges

All our prices are inclusive of gst and delivery charges. We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Invalid Delivery Address / Not present to receive the items/Refusal of entry by building management

Double check your address after completing the address and contact columns. At any point before a delivery is made and you realize you gave the wrong delivery details, please email to or call us at least 3 working days ahead of the delivery day. For rescheduling of delivery due to reasons above, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with additional charges of $80.

Rescheduling of Delivery

Customers may reschedule the delivery 3 working days before the delivery date subjected to availability of next delivery slot with no additional fees.

Damaged goods

Upon receiving the purchased product(s), customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer must inspect the product(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leave the premises. Any damage detected should be immediately inform our friendly delivery team and indicate on the DELIVERY ORDER FORM before signing off. You will also need to email us at attaching clear images of the defects to assist us for investigation. We will then reply within 3 working days. In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, Deco Home Pte Ltd reserve the rights to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of product(s) will depend on the next available shipment. When delivery order is signed with no discrepancies, it will be deemed that the order is accepted in good condition by customer. If customer do not want to inspect the product(s) and surroundings at the point of delivery, it will be deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good order and condition hence complaints of any discrepancies at a later stage will not be entertained


How long is the warranty covered?

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty is only against manufacturers defects. Wear and tear or accidental damage caused by customer's daily usage is not covered. However, you may contact us for further advise on the condition of the furniture. For enquiries, feel free to contact us at

Returns & Refunds

Return & Refund Policy

On a general note, We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee will be charged at per item 20% of the original invoiced value. As such, you be refunded the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$) Return Policy is non-applicable to items marked as “Promotion Item”, “Display Item”, “Customized Order”, "Made-to-Order" & all leather products. Exchange policy

Items can be exchanged for products that are of the same or greater value within 1 days of purchase.Should the exchanged item bear a higher value than the existing item, customer will be required to top-up the difference. We do not encourage exchanges as additional logistical costs (to be advised) will be borne by customers. Items should strictly be unused, undamaged, in resealable condition with the original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.We do not accept returns of bedsheets, pillows, mattress protector, bolster protector, bolsters, pillow protector etc. that has been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed or with traces of fragrance or odors.
